Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians and create tailored treatment programs to meet specific needs. Utilize therapeutic modalities to provide skilled care across orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and provide detailed consultations and education to patients and caregivers. Work onsite from Monday to Friday with a standard 40-hour workweek.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a physical therapy setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy and word processing.
