Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine patients' therapeutic needs based on individual conditions. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that prioritize goal achievement and enhance patient engagement. Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques designed to improve patients' functional abilities under physician guidelines. Educate patients and families on effective exercises, use of therapeutic appliances, and strategies for continued rehabilitation outside sessions. Maintain documentation of patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed. Manage caseloads effectively, prioritizing patient needs and coordinating care assignments to ensure optimal service delivery. Work Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A licensed Physical Therapy degree
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment
Desired Qualifications
