Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses within their home settings using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and tailored modalities. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to help patients achieve therapeutic goals and return to daily activities safely. Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary to enhance mobility and functional independence. Document initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries thoroughly. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercise programs and assistive device use. Stay current with field developments through continuing education and professional networking. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- A valid state license in Physical Therapy
- A current CPR certification

- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in physical therapy
