Job Summary

Communicate openly with patients and families regarding findings and recovery goals while administering discharge planning and follow-up care. Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid DPT license for the State of Florida
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
- A strong commitment to patient care
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in a home care setting
