Job Summary
As a line cook in Freedom Square’s Community Culinary Services Department, you will perform full-scope production cooking in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment, ensure food quality, appearance and presentation standards, assist with serving meals and ware washing, and prepare menu cycle programs compliant with local regulations and provided diets. You will maintain equipment and supplies and bring attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork. Requires English language proficiency, ability to perform simple arithmetic, and knowledge of kitchen equipment operations. Minimum of one year of restaurant or senior living cooking experience. Required Qualifications
