Job Summary
Head Cashier at Lowe's (Full Time) responsible for delivering SMART customer service, guiding customers to products, loading merchandise, processing transactions and returns at the register, and providing information on stock, warranties, and store programs. The role includes coaching and training associates, ensuring accurate cash handling and daily reconciliations, managing price checks and order tickets, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, monitoring for security risks, operating store equipment, and contributing to efficient checkout coverage. Experience in cashiering, supervisory duties, and proficiency with common retail technology are preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
- Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer
- Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology
- 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
- 1 Year Supervisory experience in any field, including directing, delegating, evaluating, training, and coaching employees
