Job Summary
Provide high-quality general gynecology care and perform surgical and non-surgical treatment of gynecologic conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, participate in hospital rounds, and offer consultative services as needed. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies while engaging in continuous education and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. This full-time role includes one week of call per month covering both West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital, with a balanced schedule and reasonable patient workload.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecology
- Valid Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start
- Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- 3 years of clinical experience
- One week of call per month, covering both West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital
