Full Time Guest Services Agent- WorldMark Deer Harbor

As a Guest Services Associate, provide warm welcomes, assist guests with registration and checkout, issue unit keys, and guide guests through the reservation process. Responsibilities include processing cash and credit card transactions, balancing cash receipts, completing checkout procedures, providing room rate quotes, and responding promptly to guest inquiries. Requires excellent English communication, basic math and cash-handling skills, problem-solving with minimal supervision, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Onsite furnished housing is available for eligible full-time candidates. Benefits available for 30+ hours per week, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and wellness programs.
