Job Summary
Guest Service Representative at TownePlace Suites (Westport) and Fairfield Inn & Suites (New Bedford). Responsibilities include maintaining a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor; checking guests in and out, ensuring accurate payments and recording special requests; answering phones professionally; posting charges and settling guest accounts; addressing and resolving guest problems to boost satisfaction; knowledge of emergency procedures and hotel policies; and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
