Full-time Guest Experience Advisor

As the Guest Experience Advisor at Remedy Place, you greet guests and manage reservations, offer knowledgeable recommendations on services, memberships, and retail items, lead personalized tours of the club, handle inquiries about treatments and amenities, stay informed on holistic self-care offerings, assist with service setup and events, support inventory and operations, and actively participate in sales to meet club revenue targets. The role requires outstanding customer service, the ability to connect with high-profile clientele, a passion for holistic wellness, problem-solving skills, energetic teamwork, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organizational abilities. Weekend availability is required.
