Full-Time Groundskeeper

Check and replace exterior lighting, maintain pools if certified, and physically walk the property to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings. Perform trash out duties in vacated apartments, transfer items to dumpsters, and use a blower to clear sidewalks and breezeways. Assist with make-ready duties, routine maintenance, painting, lock changes, and distributing resident communications. Complete minor service requests, clean storage areas, and keep grounds neat by raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed. Maintain regular attendance and perform additional tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Director. High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to lift 25 pounds and work independently.
