Full-Time Groundskeeper

Check and replace exterior lighting, clean and maintain pools if certified, and physically walk the property to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings. Perform trash out duties in vacated apartments, transfer outside items to dumpsters, and sweep areas while using a blower to clear sidewalks and breezeways. Assist with make-ready duties, routine maintenance, and minor service requests including changing locks and distributing resident communications. Keep grounds neat by raking, shoveling, and cleaning storage areas as directed by the Community Director and Maintenance Supervisor.
