Full-Time Groundskeeper

Check and replace exterior lighting, maintain pools if certified, and physically walk the property to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings. Perform trash out duties in vacated apartments, transfer items to dumpsters, and sweep areas. Use a blower to clear sidewalks and breezeways, assist with make-ready duties, and perform routine maintenance as requested. Change locks, make keys, distribute resident communications, and complete minor service requests. Keep grounds neat by raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed. This role requires a high school diploma, previous related experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Candidates must work independently, communicate effectively with residents and staff, and maintain a neat appearance.
