Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and build productive relationships by stocking products, arranging shelves, rotating items for freshness, and building displays to implement planograms. Clean and dust product and shelving, then order product to maintain inventory levels. Perform additional duties as required, including daily travel and occasional overnight trips. Work weekends and a variable schedule. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and at least one year in sales-based customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid state issued driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Daily travel required, must be available for occasional, position dependent overnight travel
- Available to work weekends and/or a variable schedule as required
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information
- Strong organizational skills and a fundamental understanding of sales processes
- Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility in managing numerous, competing priorities
- Proven critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong computer skills – Email/Outlook, Electronic Ordering/PDA, Word, Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a sales based customer service role
- Able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, walk, lift and bend to service lower shelves for extended periods of time
