Job Summary
Greet customers with enthusiasm, operate the POS system for cash and credit transactions, and process refunds or exchanges per company policy. Stock shelves and coolers to ensure products are organized and priced correctly, while maintaining signage and removing expired or damaged items. Prepare and maintain food and beverage stations, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Clean the entire facility, including restrooms and the fueling area, and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management. Perform safe cash counts and drawer balancing at shift end, verifying identification for age-restricted items. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, adhering to the station's shift duties checklist and assisting with car wash operations if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures

Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid training
- Knowledge of shutoff systems
- Experience with car wash operations
