Job Summary
Manage a caseload of approximately 35 patients weekly, conducting comprehensive assessments to design tailored treatment plans that align with specific recovery goals. Utilize effective manual therapy techniques and hands-on methods to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance daily functionality for geriatric residents in assisted living or home care settings. Educate patients and families on home exercise regimens to reinforce therapy goals and maintain accurate, timely documentation of progress in compliance with regulatory standards. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- A clean professional license
- Work onsite, delivering personalized therapy services directly in patients' homes
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Desired Qualifications
- Additional experience in geriatrics
- Additional experience in home health therapy
- Additional experience in specific rehabilitation protocols
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT
