Full-time General Pediatrician (Physician #)

Board-certified/eligible General Pediatrician needed for a hybrid role at Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Boise/Nampa. The position splits time between ambulatory clinic (0.5 FTE) and the Newborn/Nursery-focused Pediatric Hospitalist service (0.5 FTE), with 24-hour newborn shifts (8 on-site, 16 on call) and collaboration with NICU, OB/GYN, maternal-fetal medicine, neonatology, and related teams to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care. Responsibilities include clinical management of well-newborns, participation in multidisciplinary rounds, on-call coverage for well-newborn infants, facilitating transfers to NICU as needed, maintaining a half-time clinic patient panel, and contributing to a collaborative, transformational care culture. Qualifications emphasize MD/DO degree, pediatric residency completion, licensure in Idaho, and DEA license.
