Job Summary
Diagnose patients, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and perform procedures including implant placement, restorations, Invisalign, endodontics, oral surgery, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Manage the clinical relationship with patients while the practice team handles staffing, technology, marketing, and administrative support. Work Monday through Thursday in an eight-operator practice with modern digital scanning and CBCT capabilities. Earn 30% of collections plus a daily guarantee during the ramp-up period, with benefits eligibility after 60 days of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in building and growing a full-time practice
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Arizona dental license
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Strong comprehensive diagnosis and treatment-planning skills
- Strong patient communication and case-presentation skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
