Job Summary
Welcome customers warmly and build relationships to understand their furniture needs. Assist clients in selecting pieces that match their style, budget, and space by explaining product features, materials, and care instructions. Guide buyers through the purchasing process, including placing orders, arranging financing, and scheduling deliveries while verifying accuracy. Handle objections professionally and address concerns regarding warranties, returns, or product issues promptly. Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services. Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical sales practices while performing other duties as assigned.
