Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's performing pick, staging, inspection, and fulfillment of customer orders with a focus on accuracy and safety. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) with required certifications, using the Orders App to support inventory accuracy, conducting audits and maintenance tasks, assisting customers and coordinating with associates, and maintaining clean, safe staging areas. Emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies, with potential for additional duties as needed. Minimum 6 months' experience with computers and retail technology; preferred high school diploma or GED; prior retail or home improvement experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
