Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time in a warehouse setting. Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and uphold safety standards. Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, collaborate with leadership on short-pick issues, and perform administrative tasks such as audits and locker management. Emphasizes a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork; may be assigned additional duties to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 6 Months of Retail experience (Preferred)
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
