Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate responsible for selecting, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer service. Maintain certified powered equipment operation, support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks. Includes administrative and maintenance tasks, audits, locker management, and reporting safety or theft concerns. Requires computer and retail tech experience, forklift certifications, and a high school diploma or GED preferred. Emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a customer-first approach. May be assigned additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).
