Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate role at Lowe's requiring picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with a focus on accuracy and safety. Responsibilities include operating powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and maintaining certification, using the Orders App and SIMS for inventory accuracy, performing audits and equipment readiness tasks, addressing safety or theft concerns promptly, and collaborating with leadership to meet daily goals. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and teamwork; may be assigned additional duties to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
