Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time; maintain clean and safe staging areas; assist customers and connect them with the right associates; operate and certify powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) and follow safety requirements; support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS; collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks; complete duties such as audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and reporting safety/theft concerns; perform other duties as needed with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
