Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time, maintaining clean and safe staging areas, delivering service by guiding customers to the right items, operating and maintaining certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck), using the Orders App and SIMS for inventory accuracy, and supporting leadership to resolve short picks. May perform audits, locker management, and other duties to support the business while demonstrating strong communication and teamwork. May be assigned additional duties as needed to fulfill store needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
