Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate on the day shift at Lowe's responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time; operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck); support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS; collaborate with leadership on short-pick resolution, conduct audits and locker management, and perform administrative and readiness tasks; maintain safety, follow procedures, and deliver strong customer service with teamwork and communication; may be assigned other duties to support the business.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
