Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders in Lowe's distribution environment. Operates and maintains certification for powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) and adheres to safety standards. Supports inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, collaborates with leadership to address short picks, and handles audits, order follow-ups, and locker management. Delivers strong customer service with effective communication and teamwork; may perform additional duties as needed to support the business.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 6 Months of Retail experience (Preferred)
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (Preferred)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles (Preferred)
