Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate performs pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, maintain clean and safe staging areas, operate powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) following safety requirements, support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, assist with audits and locker management, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks; duties may include administrative tasks, readiness tasks, and occasional other duties to support business needs; requires basic computer and retail-technology experience and certification in powered equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology (such as smart phones and tablets)
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
- 6 Months of Retail experience
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden)
- 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 6 Months of Experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position
