Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time, maintaining clean and safe staging areas, and delivering excellent service by connecting customers with the right associates. Must operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and comply with safety requirements. Supports inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, participates in audits and locker management, and assists with administrative tasks such as maintenance and readiness checks. Requires teamwork, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset; may be assigned other duties to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
