Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with a focus on accuracy and safety. Responsibilities include operating powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle reach truck) with certification, ensuring inventory accuracy via the Orders App, performing audits and locker management, and collaborating with leadership to address short picks. Requires computer and retail-technology experience, and preference for a high school diploma or GED and prior retail or product-fulfillment experience in hardware/home improvement settings. Emphasizes customer service, teamwork, safety adherence, and the ability to handle additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of Retail experience
- 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6 months of experience using a computer
- 6 months of experience using common retail technology
- Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck
