Job Summary
Provide daily living support including meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and medication management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Encourage independence by driving clients to appointments, outings, and recreational activities while assisting with finances and grocery shopping. Maintain clear documentation in electronic systems and support personal growth through mentorship and coaching. Work 12-hour shifts from 7:30am to 7:30pm on Sunday through Tuesday, with a three-day on-call rotation. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
