Job Summary
Front Desk Executive for a premium wellness and fitness studio in Marylebone. Responsibilities include welcoming members and guests, assisting with check-ins, bookings, and scheduling enquiries, supporting community growth, building relationships with members, serving premium refreshments, maintaining reception and lounge areas to luxury standards, handling calls and emails, restocking supplies, assisting Studio Manager and trainers with administrative tasks, communicating member feedback, and executing events or promotions. Must have 2+ years of customer-facing experience in luxury hospitality or related premium environments; strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; fluent English; proficient with booking software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, and calendar management; comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.
