Job Summary
Front Desk position handling check-in/check-out, room credits, keys, guest issue resolution, and special requests; supports Guest Services and Front Office; proficient PBX operation; establish guest credit at check-in; manage guest expectations and conflicts; arrange reservations for restaurant, transportation, activities, or entertainment; prior hospitality or customer service experience and cash handling/POS experience preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of property management system required.
