Full-Time Front Desk Associate

Check patients in and provide necessary paperwork upon arrival for appointments while acting as the primary representative of ImageCare Radiology. Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously by interacting directly with patients to deliver excellent customer service and patient care. Ensure all personnel are vaccinated with the MMR and yearly flu shot per company policy. This role requires a Monday through Friday schedule from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a requirement to relocate to or commute from West Orange, NJ. All new hires must attend first-day orientation at the Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned location.
