Full Time Framing Department Manager

Job Summary
Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions, driving framing sales and delivering excellent customer service. Handle planning of workload with the Store Manager, manage inventory, shrink and safety programs, and ensure SOP adherence. Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members; support with talent development and operational tasks such as truck unloading and stocking. Responsible for shop operations, rewarding a positive store image, and collaborating with MODs to meet KPIs while maintaining a compliant, safe, and customer-focused environment. Requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and ability to guide a sales-driven team in a public retail setting, with flexibility for varying shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
