Full-Time Food Service Lead (Tuesday - Saturday)

Job Summary
Prepare and cook meals in large quantities to feed 40-100 clients, then complete cleaning of the kitchen and dining room after service. Receive and put away food deliveries according to FIFO best practices, assist with monthly inventory, and ensure Health Code Standards are followed at all times. Enforce kitchen safety guidelines with all residents, place orders in the absence of the manager, and review delivery invoices against menus. Provide day-to-day supervision of kitchen staff, maintain a visible presence during meal service to answer dietary questions, and cover shifts as needed while remaining responsive to communications.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to work weekends
- 1-year minimum comparable experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be able to make quality, ethical decisions independent of supervision when necessary
- Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
