Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning, maintenance, and restoration of various floor surfaces in commercial buildings, including stripping, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets. Operate specialized equipment such as high and low speed scrubbers, auto scrubbers, and carpet extraction machines while adhering to safety protocols. Apply appropriate chemicals based on surface types and report maintenance needs. Requires one year of prior floor work experience, flexibility for other cleaning duties, and eligibility to work in the United States. Apply via our website.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year minimum experience
- experience working with various types of floor equipment to include High and Low speed scrubber, auto scrubbers, carpet extraction equipment, and side by side scrubbers
- knowledge of surface types and what chemicals to use on them
- stripping, waxing, and buffing experience
- prior floor work experience of safely stripping, scrubbing and recoating of vinyl floors
- carpet extracting experience
- pressure washing experience
- automatic scrubbers experience
- other various floor machines experience
- prior cleaning experience
- flexibility to help with other cleaning duties as needed
- eligibility to work in the United States
- ability to read English
- ability to pass a background and driver license screening
- being over 18 years of age
- having a reliable form of transportation
