Full-time Floor Supervisor

Floor Supervisor will assist with managing overall store operations and assume primary responsibility for store operations in the absence of the General Manager and/or Assistant Managers. Lead and Direct staff to achieve company goals, project a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware, supervise cashiering functions, ensure loss prevention and safety, manage opening/closing, training, merchandising resets, and daily maintenance of the sales floor and stock areas. Must possess strong product knowledge, deliver excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and communicate operational issues to the General Manager.
