Job Summary
Floor Leader role on the shop floor focused on driving sales, coaching a team of sales associates, delivering world-class customer experiences, and upholding Lush brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Responsibilities include leading demonstrations, optimizing store operations, training ambassadors, managing cash handling and opening/closing procedures, and contributing to operational excellence and a positive, productive store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Problem-solving in day-to-day operations related to customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
