Job Summary
Drive sales and oversee store operations by coaching the sales team on StoreForce dashboard results, managing cash handling, and executing opening and closing procedures. Lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor through product demonstrations, inventory training, and visual merchandising adjustments to meet daily goals. Foster a culture of excellence by delivering ethical brand messaging, conducting DEIB initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Maintain punctuality and attendance while monitoring breaks and daily communications to support a productive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Minimum 1 year of experience in problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Experience analyzing sales metrics
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
