Job Summary
Drive sales and lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor by utilizing StoreForce dashboard results for coaching and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals. Deliver a world-class customer experience through product demonstrations, consultations, and brand education on ethical values like fighting animal testing and naked packaging. Manage daily operations including cash handling, register opening/closing, reconciling drawers, and preparing nightly deposits, while monitoring employee breaks and attendance. Maintain a clean, visually appealing store through merchandising adjustments and inventory best practices, ensuring compliance with company standards for health and safety. Train peers on sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance and foster a culture of DEIB and belonging.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Minimum 1 year of problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models (Preferred)
- Experience analyzing sales metrics (Preferred)
- Experience working in skincare or cosmetics (Preferred)
- Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training (Preferred)
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages (Preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify)
