Job Summary
Floor Leader at Garden State Plaza on the shop floor leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass goals. Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard insights, coach the sales team, adjust shop floor structure to meet goals, and deliver world-class customer experience on the floor. Educate customers on Lush brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging) and participate in community engagement activities. Train and develop staff, supervise cash handling and opening/closing procedures, maintain stock/inventory accuracy, and uphold store standards for a productive, positive work environment. Focus on leveraging product knowledge to drive informed recommendations and ensure operational excellence through daily processes, visuals, and adherence to company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations
- Experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
