Job Summary
Review daily schedules and drive to multiple job sites within a shift to complete high-level cleaning tasks. Perform general duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom cleaning. Execute floor care such as carpet spotting, stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and buffing while operating flooring equipment. Notify management of repair and safety issues as needed. Maintain ownership of assigned areas and communicate effectively with the team. This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to drive up to 90 minutes one-way, and a background check. Candidates must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 35 lbs, and work individually. Pay is $16.00 per hour.

- This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, use foot or leg controls, gross manipulation, drive, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb ramps or stairs, climb ladders, utilize near and far visual activity, speak, hear, and lift or carry up to 35 lbs
- This position requires individuals to be able to drive up to 90 minutes one-way
- This role requires extensive walking indoors and some outdoors
- Some locations may have dust or debris in the air that may cause allergies
- Noise levels are above average in some locations
