Full Time Fitness Ambassador

Fitness Ambassador role at a full-time gym position. Responsibilities include greeting members, being a visible presence on the fitness floor, assisting with check-ins and member needs, promoting programs and events, maintaining a clean and safe environment, building relationships with members, and driving positive energy on site. Includes customer-service oriented duties, engagement on the fitness floor, orientation for new members, promoting club programs and events, and supporting member retention. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliability, punctuality, and a passion for fitness and helping others. Training provided; certification not required but encouraged, with certification (NCSF) to be completed within 90 days of hire. Starting pay is $13/hour (without certification) or $14/hour (with certification), with tenure increases after certification.
