Job Summary
The Sales Outfitter - Firearms will maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise, greet customers, provide product knowledge, assist in buying decisions, ensure 4473 forms are completed, merchandise and stock firearms-related items, and maintain store appearance while adhering to policies. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years retail experience, and ability to meet age 21+ requirement; knowledge of firearms regulations and customer service proficiency is emphasized. Full-time role based in Farmington, UT with Bass Pro Shops, including eligibility for benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Retail
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge and Experience Product knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
- Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations
- GCA
- Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition
- TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: N/A
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Constantly stand and/or walk during shift
