As the Finance Manager for Squamish Toyota, you will actively promote and close a full suite of protection, insurance, and vehicle enhancement products by identifying customer needs and maximizing value. You will structure and submit credit applications while securing competitive financing and leasing solutions, partner with sales managers to maintain deal momentum, and leverage strong negotiation skills to overcome objections. This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume automotive sales environment, delivering a confident, seamless buying experience that builds trust, repeat business, and referrals. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, customer-focused professional with excellent communication, closing, and relationship-management skills, able to work evenings and weekends and willing to relocate as business needs evolve.
