Full Time Field Service Technician

Job Summary
Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed, perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine, conduct new kiosk installations or swaps, monitor machines in the territory daily for issues and coordinate with stores to resolve connectivity or power issues, keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines in kiosk tech possession, and grow revenue in the territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, and store relationships. Candidates should have a background in electromechanical repair and maintenance and preferred experience in retail merchandising, field operations, and customer service, with 1-3 years of related experience. Proficiency reading, writing, and speaking fluent English to include technical jargon, plus computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a reliable cell phone, and be willing to travel daily (up to about 200 miles). The role requires in-person work in Fresno, CA with a 40-hour work week and hourly pay of $23-$25 based on experience.
