Job Summary
Ensure club and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing excellent customer service to members and guests. Keep the sidewalk entrance and lobby presentable, clean locker rooms, stock consumables, and organize storage, laundry, and coat rooms. Maintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor and provide maintenance for all equipment. Receive and store all deliveries, assist with special events, and notify the Housekeeping Manager when immediate attention is needed for rooms or equipment. Work 40 hours a week in a state-of-the-art luxury facility in Kensington, UK. Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
- Ability to service athletic equipment
- Previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
- Strong customer service abilities
- Strong organizational abilities
- Strong communication abilities
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Must have a legal right to work in the United Kingdom
