Job Summary
Full-time Family Medicine physician leading a care team in Ada, MN, providing a mix of Primary Care Clinic, Emergency Medicine, basic Hospital Medicine, and Nursing Home services. Works with a team of 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians to deliver coordinated patient care, utilizing Essentia Care Processes and Telehealth. Role includes leadership of a care team, collaboration with other health care members, and opportunity for bonuses/production-based compensation. Shift rotation includes Day/Eve/Night with multiple clinical settings and a supportive community atmosphere. 1.0 FTE opportunity with potential for flexible scheduling.
