Job Summary
Full-time Family Medicine Physician needed in Sunnyvale, CA to treat patients in-office or at testing centers, with occasional tele-health visits, collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, and perform in-office procedures. Requires CA licensure, residency in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, board certification or eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year, and at least 2 of the last 5 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing all ages. Required Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
- CA medical license obtained before start date
- Completed or enrolled in an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience within past 5 years and ability to see patients 0+ years
- Willingness to obtain licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
Desired Qualifications
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in CA, obtained before start date
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
